I’ve used this pillow for 3 days, I was looking for a flatter pillow, this one seems like the flattest out of all the pillows from reputable brands
Height of pillow (as per own measurement) after using the pillow for 3 days:-
Centre, the side closer to air pocket = 10.5cm
Centre, the side further from air pocket = 9cm
Left and right side of pillow closes to air pocket = 8-9cm
Left and ride side of pillow further from air pocket = 9-10.5cm
So, the good thing about this pillow is that the height is kinda varied depending on which side of the pillow that you’re using
I usually sleep on the centre non-air pocket side (air pocket side is too high for me) or left/right side of the pillow
I find that this pillow is good enough for side sleeper as well
The pillow is soft enough, but not too soft
It would be great if Getha could release another pillow which is flatter than this one (about 7-9cm), these days there are actually a lot of ppl looking to buy flatter pillows

The neck curve height is 8cm suitable for back sleeper. Highest is 11cm perfect for side sleeper. These 2 heights are perfect to release pressure from your shoulder and back whil sleeping,
things I've never noticed before. What a great design! I don't need to move, flip or bend pillow when sleeping to get comfortable. Just roll sideways. No pillow flipping,
no sleep disturbance, better sleep quality. The dimple is 5 cm too high for my head. If they redesign the dimple centred, perfection.

Delivery was quite slow...ordered this on Nov 11 and only received this on Nov 19. Comparing to my Getha purchase, the 2 zone pillow (which arrived the same day as Nov 11) and found that the 3D pillow is firmer than 2 zone pillow. It was more comfortable for me too since I have neck and shoulder pain. After I tested the pillow for a night, it hasn't relieved my shoulder pain but I have felt a gradual decrease in discomfort around my shoulder area. Seems to be a good buy for now.

The pillows are nice and comfortable to sleep on but just that, both pillows smelled like food when I first opened it up from the plastic wrapping. The smell took more than a week to be faded.
